BASIC FEATURES OF
SERVICE CONTRACT
* The relationship between CLIENT-COMPANY
& NFSI is that of client &
Independent Contractor;
* CLIENT-COMPANY shall not be deemed
as direct employer of Contractual
Worker and therefore shall not be
solidarity liable with NFSI for
whatever monetary claims the Production
Workers may have on NFSI;
* NFSI shall provide Contractual
Workers to CLIENT-COMPANY on a daily
basis;
* Changes to the contract rate during
the life of the service agreement
shall only be those mandated by
law or changes initiated & mutually
agreed by both parties
* CLIENT-COMPANY shall have the
right to demand immediate replacement
of any or all Contractual Workers
that do not meet or comply with
the acceptable standards & requirements
of employment and performance
* NFSI shall provide a 24-hour Reliever
System to guarantee non disruption
of service;
* NFSI has a Supervisor operating
24 hours to monitor our Contractual
Workers to comply the approximate
output performance required;
* NFSI shall have substantial
or appropriate funds to finance
the cost of pre-employment processing,
test application, training &
other expenses related to the performance
of the service contracted out;
* NFSI shall furnish Contractual
Workers certified copies of Contractual
Workers Pay slip, SSS R-3 &
R-5 & HDMF M-1 to authenticate
proper payment and remittance of
Contractual Workers compensation
and benefits;
* CLIENT-COMPANY shall agree to
a One (1) year service contract
with NFSI;
* CLIENT-COMPANY shall have the
right to rescind the Service Contract,
for cause, 30 days after receipt
of written notice of termination
to NFSI.
